What’s Included

This 3 day retreat consists of a series of short group sessions (small groups with between 14-20 people).

Each session consists of self defence practice, mindfulness exercises and critical educational components about how trauma is stored and released from the nervous system.

Between sessions you can relax, integrate and explore beautiful Nelson, BC.

Friday, July 19th: 4pm Registration & 5pm-8pm

This weekend training series is hosted at the ERT Dojo: 111 McDonald Dr, Nelson, British Columbia.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
